Past Pre Orders
Pre order
Pre order a bjd means that the doll will be produced specially for you. This is a long process because every doll will be made by hand. production time of a pre ordered doll is 7-9 months.
Problem
If you have any problems after receiving your order please contact us. We will do our best to solve the problem. Broken parts can be replaced. We think happy and satistfied customers are very important.
Delivery
After I received the pre ordered dolls from the factory I will start packing and shipping the dolls. Shipping time depends on your location and customs department. But most of the packages arrive within 3 weeks worldwide.
Cancel order
Costs for cancelling your order is 20% of the total amount of the doll value. Please understand this before you place your order.

Payment
We accept PayPal as payment method. if you want to pay with banktransfer within EU please contact us. Layway is available for pre order dolls. For 'In stock' dolls we only accept full payment.
Euro
We are located in the Netherlands EU. Our prices are in Euros. If you order from our webshop Paypal will calcutale Euro price into your currency.
In stock dolls
If a doll is in stock it is specifically mentioned in the listing as 'In Stock'. A stock doll can be shipped right after purchase. If the doll is PRE ORDER please know production time is about 9 months. That doll is not in stock.
O.O.A.K. Artdolls
Jessica does not make O.O.A.K. polymerclay dolls anymore. If you would like to buy one you could try to find one at the secondary market.
Shippind address
Please make sure your PayPal address is the same as your shipping address. For insurance we need to ship to the Paypal address. If you move homes during a pre order period please contact us and change your address on Paypal.
clothes and shoes
Moppiedolls are made in 'regular' bjd sizes. This makes it easy to buy clothes and shoes for your dolls. You can find handmade clothes on Etsy. And there are great artists on Facebook and Instagram selling bjd clothes.
How can I buy a doll?
I would like to buy a doll. Do you have one available? you could always contact us if we have any stock dolls available. But pre order periods are the best time to order the doll you like. All Moppiedolls are limited edition.
